Refunds
We carefully formulate, test, and inspect all our products before shipping so we're confident that you'll love them. If something you received didn't live up to your expectations, please email us at info@anwynskyeco.com and we'll do our best to make it right. Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot resell them once they have been shipped. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on products, delivery fees, and gift cards.
Missing or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If something isn't right, please reply to your order confirmation email within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Photos of your entire package, including all contents, must be included with your email. This includes all Anwyn Skye & Co. products, the box it was shipped in, and any other materials found within the box. Failure to provide us with photos will mean we are unable to confirm what was received/damaged and therefore will be unable to ship replacement products.
